I finally figured out why I am here on this planet. To spread the joy. My aim in life is to have fun. Somewhere between puberty and potty training my own kids I lost my spark. It took me a while to get it back and now I am back with a vengeance. No more boring, dull grey days around me. In fact I am going to make it my mission to teach you how to have fun too! Unadulting here we come!! You are what you eat and what eats you! Why is everyone sick? Maybe it is not our food but our levels of stress. Stress is worse for your health than food. A lack of joy can create ill health quicker than “bad” food can. Let's drop the food stress!!

Joy, laughter, and play stimulate the release of feel good hormones in our body. It shuts down cortisol, adrenaline, and other health deteriorating processes in the body.
Our body can’t heal when it’s in a state of stress. So, it makes sense that if you’re stressing about food, you aren’t healing. In fact you just go down the rabbit hole and it's not worth it. Your divine purpose is not to have the perfect life with the perfect diet. Your purpose is to have joy and spread it. To live in love. To forgive and let go. To share your gifts with this world.

What Happened When We Drop The Food Stress?
So, what happens when we drop the stress about food and just focuses on cultivating gratitude and joy in your life? Pretty incredible things, actually. When we stop believing we are broken, drop the struggle, and finally let go, we HEAL. I was always searching for the big secret to my health. I thought there was one big mysterious puzzle piece that I had missed. And, there was. But, it wasn’t a super food, a supplement, a modality, or anything like that.
It was JOY.
